Rouge Windom is a fan-made character and never appears officially in the Sailor Moon anime or manga. He was created for roleplay purposes and this page is a fictional biography that recounts many of his adventures during his sessions with various roleplay encounters in IMVU and other places.

How does he/she dress? Rouge usually dresses in a red blazer with black shirt and a variation of black and gray jeans. He often tries to wear something red as it's his favorite colour (and ironically his name in French meaning 'red')

Bio: Rouge was one of the few who survived the battle of the Moon Kingdom and the sole survivor of the elite group known as the Lunar Magi. When Queen Serenity sent the rest of the Kingdom to Earth, he was reborn as well.

Rouge's mother comes from a noble background in England. House Windom being one of the wealthier families in the country and Nienna set to inherit the fortune. She fell in love with a bench jeweler from Japan who was perfecting his craft abroad in France. The two got married and though Nienna wished to take her husband's family name, he respected House Windom and insisted she keep it so their children would carry on the proud lineage. Rouge's father died shortly after he was born, killed in an accident at a mine (He worked there to obtain ore that he could prospect into fine gems and make into jewelry). After burying her husband, Nienna decided to move to Japan so Rouge could grow up in his father's homeland. She made the decision to teach Rouge the importance of working hard as well as carrying himself about nobly, so while she could request aid from her parents overseas, she didn't want Rouge to be spoiled by having someone wait on them hand and foot (something she herself had to learn after living such a privileged life for so long). He eventually gets a part time job as a bench jeweler at OSA-P.

His mission is to find and protect the Princess at all costs and he joins in with a group of knights who are siblings to the Sailor Senshi. When the Earth Prince returns from his hiatus, Rouge was forced to take a more background role when protecting the Princess.

He's often regarded to be very 'beautiful' and is sometimes confused for a female due to his hair and name. This often leads to awkward confrontations about his gender and perceived lack of "manliness". It also doesn't help he's a bit of a smart mouth and while he should "know better", he often and very forward rudely voices his feelings and thoughts on a subject matter, disregarding other's feelings on the matter.

Rouge questions his own purpose in life when he and the others are banned from using their powers and will be exiled if they break the rules.

Hobbies: Taking walks in the park, jewel crafting/prospecting, studying and learning new magic.

Favorite Sayings: "If life is a game, then it's unfair. I break the rules, so I don't care."

Learning Experiences: While not much of a people's person and because his activities and interests often had him sitting in the shade writing or reading, he's well educated formally but standing in front of people and performing is of little interest to him. He does have a way with words and is quite charismatic but prefers to either be alone or a smaller crowd as opposed to a huge audience. He has difficulty in making friends and prefers keeping to himself.

Character's long-term goals in life: Figuring out what to do with his life.

How does Character see himself/herself? At first, he was pretty high on himself and his abilities. But after banishment, he is doubting his own resolve.

How does Character believe he/she is perceived by others? He stopped caring once the Princess dismissed him.

How self-confident is the character? Quite. Almost to the point of arrogance because of how potent his magic is.

Does the character seem ruled by emotion or logic or some combination thereof? After his dismissal by the Princess, he's started acting between the two.

What would most embarrass this character? Being kissed or touched by the opposite gender in a tender way

How does the character deal with anger? For a while, Rouge focused all his anger in annihilating his opponent. He was reckless for a while but has regained his senses.

With sadness? Rouge hides his sadness the best he can but it was near impossible after the Princess' dismissal of him.

With conflict? Rouge is usually the cause of conflict, so, when handling it, well, it doesn't go so well.

With change? Rouge can usually adapt to subtle changes, but big ones take a bit of getting used to. If it's a good change, easier to adapt. A bad one will take longer.

With loss? Rouge's 'move on' attitude makes him hard to read like his sadness is.

What does the character want out of life? Doesn't even know anymore...

What would the character like to change in his/her life? While he acknowledges he's gone through horrible times, he wouldn't change it because he truly values the experience it's brought him. He's proud of who he is even if there are days he doesn't feel very proud.

What motivates this character? His friends and family

What frightens this character? Anything happening to his friends. They are his new lease on life.

What makes this character happy? Acquiring new power and new spells

Is the character judgmental of others? He can be at times.

Is the character generous or stingy? Generous if he feels the person is worth it but stingy if he thinks he's being played

Is the character generally polite or rude? Depends on the situation. Rouge can be quite cheeky at times.

This section is a Street Fighter Alpha 3 styled recount of the roleplay plot that I've salvaged. Each character of mine had their own story so check each homepage for their own dialogue if you're interested

Beginning Storyline:

Rouge Windom, the famous "Moon Sorcerer" of the Moon Kingdom's Elite Magi, the now defunct Lunar Five.

His failures in his duties to the Moon Princess have begun to take a toll on him.

A wounded heart and shattered pride drive him to move forward to meet the oncoming threat.

Will he find salvation? Or will he succumb to his wounds and leave behind a legacy of failure?

"I know I'll be put in exile for using my powers, but unlike you lot, I know how to stop the target. You can make this easier for me and tell me where I can find him!"

Sailor Venus:

"Sorry, but I can't share that information with you. This is a Sailor Senshi problem, so we'll take care of it, okay? You better de-transform and get out of here. If you leave now without a fuss, I won't tell the Princess that you were here using your powers."

Rouge Windom:

"You still mock me, Venus... you've always mocked me... back on the moon... and even now..."

Sailor Venus:

"Mock you...? What are you talking about? I just--"

Rouge Windom:

"Shut up! If you won't tell me where the bastard is, then I'm going to have to beat it out of you!!"

[after the battle]

Sailor Venus:

"U..ugh... stop it, please! You're not well!"

Rouge Windom:

"I grow weary of asking... tell me where I can find the boy! Or would you rather we continue this pointless charade?!"

Sailor Venus:

"Okay, I'll tell you all about him..."

Rouge Windom:

"This could've been avoided sooner if you just cooperated..."

Sailor Venus:

"We're looking for a red haired boy... a boy whose description matched the one in a vision that Mars had about the revival of the Dark Kingdom. He was last seen heading into the outer forest."

Rouge Windom:

"The Dark Kingdom... so I finally get a chance to prove myself against those murdering bastards! Just you wait, Beryl... I'll send you and your minions back to their graves!"

Destined Battle: Sailor Moon

Rouge Windom:

"P-Princess..."

Sailor Moon:

"What are you doing here? Those powers of yours have been banned! You realize that this means you'll be exiled!"

Rouge Windom:

"I'm... I'm here to crush the little bastard who's trying to revive the Dark Kingdom!"

Sailor Moon:

"That's not your duty. That boy is dangerous and I plan on handling this issue! I fought this battle once before and I will do it again! So if you leave now, I'll pretend this conversation didn't happen but only if you leave right NOW!"

Rouge Windom:

"You selfish little brat! I came from the moon as well and lost everything because of those soulless monsters! I will not allow you to stop me from getting the retribution and glory that my life and reputation demands!"

Sailor Moon:

"You dare speak to me that way?! I should have exiled you sooner!"

[after the battle]

Sailor Moon:

"How..."

Rouge Windom:

"Don't... look at me with those eyes...! You have no right to look at me like that! Not after everything you've done to me...! Arghhh! Stay there and don't come after me! I'm going to finish this once and for all!!"

Final Boss: Sethos Beryl

Sethos Beryl:

"You..."

Rouge Windom:

"Shut up! You know why I'm here you little shit! The Dark Kingdom is dead and soon you will be too!"

Sethos Beryl:

"Such talk from a weakling mage. Tell me, Rouge, how do you plan on defeating me? Surely you'll defeat me like you've so defeated many opponents in the past... oh wait... you can't because you've never beaten anyone!"

Rouge Windom:

"Shut up, shut up, shut up!"

Sethos Beryl:

"Even Tuxedo Mask has been able to wound an enemy enough for Sailor Moon to finish off. How close have you ever come to winning anything?"

Rouge Windom:

"I'm warning you, boy! Shut up!"

Sethos Beryl:

"Face it, Moon loser. You're less than nothing. So if you want to make yourself useful, know your place and wait for Sailor Moon to come and bail you out once again."

Rouge Windom:

"..."

Sethos Beryl:

"Hm?"

Rouge Windom:

"Ypu're right. I haven't won anything. I failed in protecting the princess and I got banned and will soon be exiled for using my powers for violating the ban. But the thing is, I've never learned to quit. I keep fighting, I will keep fighting and I will not stop fighting until I draw my last breath. I've been a loser and second fiddle to someone else all of my life. But today that changes. I'm going to fight you with all my might. With all my love, all of my hate, and all of my sorrow. But not for myself, not for my reputation, not for revenge or to impress anyone. I'm fighting you to protect my home, my friends, and all the people I care about that you endanger by unleashing that terrible force on this place. You face not just Rouge Windom, boy, but Rouge Windom the Moon Sorcerer and champion of the Moon!"

Sethos Beryl:

"W-What the hell is this?!"

Rouge Windom:

"Prepare to die!"

[after the battle]

Ending: "Lunar Eclipse"

[Seth hits the ground hard and coughs up some blood as Rouge looms over him.]

Sethos Beryl:

"Don't think... ugh... don't think you've won, Rouge! You don't have the power or the guts to do what's needed to stop me!"

Rouge Windom:

"I'm not as merciful as Sailor Moon, you little shit stain."

[Rouge uses his magic to raise Seth in the air before covering him in a layer of arcane magic. Seth then begins to scream in terrible pain]

Sethos Beryl:

"Ahhhhhhhh...!! You... you can't do this to me...!!"

Rouge Windom:

"Idiot boy. What does it look like I'm doing right now?"

[As begins to close his palm before the arcane magic begins to constrict Seth tightly and cover him head to toe. Seth begins to weaken as he feels himself begin to fade]

Sethos Beryl:

"N-Noo... noooo..."

Rouge Windom:

"Let this Arcane Coffin bury you and the Dark Kingdom for all eternity!"

[Suddenly, a magic aura appears around Seth and he falls to the ground with a grunt and thud]

Rouge Windom:

"What...?!"

Sailor Moon:

"I'm sorry, but this is going too far! Mars was finally able to tell us the truth about this boy, and I can't let you kill him."

Rouge Windom:

"What the hell do you mean informed you?! This boy is an agent of the Dark Kingdom! He plans on resurrecting our old enemy and destroy the world!"

Sailor Moon:

"I... I know that.. I also know who he truly is, Rouge. He's the son of Queen Beryl and... Prince Endymion..."

Rouge Windom:

"What?!"

Sethos Beryl:

"So... you've done your homework for once..."

Sailor Moon:

"Yes, and more than just that... I know that you're being used by your mother despite what you believe. You think she was a victim in all of this..."

Sethos Beryl:

"My father betrayed her and abandoned this planet to be with you!"

Rouge Windom:

"Hmph. Is that what you think? Even I know that's not true, boy."

Sethos Beryl:

"What?"

Rouge Windom:

"Endymion and his generals were very much in love with the Moon and the Inner Planet's Princesses. Your mother was the one who betrayed the Earth and joined the Dark Kingdom."

Sethos Beryl:

"What?! No! That's not true!! You're lying!"

Sailor Moon:

"It's the truth, Sethos, I promise you. If we were lying, then why would I have stopped Rouge? If we were lying, you'd be our enemy, and we'd have to..."

Rouge Windom:

"You're telling me to spare this boy? Really?"

Sailor Moon:

"Rouge, he's Mamo-chan's son... it's Queen Beryl's fault that he went down the wrong path. I... I'm sure he can still be saved! Please. You've proven yourself and the others by stopping him. No one is being exiled any longer."

Sethos Beryl:

"..........."

Rouge Windom:

"Hmph! Do as you please. My business here has concluded. You deal with the boy."

[Rouge turns to walk away]

Sailor Moon:

"Rouge..."

[Rouge walks away, the scene fades to black]

[A shot of the moon can be seen as Rouge stares up at it. Scoffing, he turns his back and starts walking]

"I defeated an enemy and saved my friends from exile. Yet my heart is still heavy with sorrow... will I ever be able to free myself of this pain? Can I co-exist with the very same woman who broke my heart but now commands the future of our world?"

[Rouge arrives in what seems like a magical library. He can be seen disappearing into the depths of the library]

"Regardless of what happens now, I have to be ready. I'll grow stronger... I'll refine and learn new magic... and one day... one day... I'll show her that I'm not the same man that I once was..."
